UBM und S IMMO commit Vienna office property QBC 1&2
In mid-2019, the joint venture partners UBM Development (66%) and S IMMO (34%) sold the prestigious QBC 1&2 project to EPH European Property Holdings as a forward deal. Now, the closing took place. This way, the last two components of the urban development project Quartier Belvedere Central (QBC) with a total volume of over € 450 million have been successfully completed.
