Pursuant to Art. 120 f. FMIA shareholdings must be reported to the Company and to the SIX Swiss Exchange if the shareholdings exceed, fall below or reach the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 33,33%, 50% or 66,66% of shares in issue.
Any reporting required to be made shall be effected as soon as possible, but not later than two business days after the change of ownership to the Company and four business days to the SIX Swiss Exchange.
